The Bills Need to Fire Sean McDermott

Earlier this morning, it was announced that the Buffalo Bills have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey following last night's disastrous loss at home to the Denver Broncos. The Bills have now dismissed both their offensive and defensive coordinators within a span of 12 months. However, the issue with the Bills lies not with their coordinators, but with their head coach.

Sean McDermott has consistently shown that he is not the right person to lead the Bills to a Super Bowl. McDermott's not that guy, pal.

The Bills currently hold a 5-5 record and find themselves on the wrong side of the playoff picture. According to FanDuel Sportsbook's odds, the chances of the Bills making the playoffs are +176, to miss the playoffs is -220.

Despite winning some playoff games, having entertaining teams, and achieving success in the regular season, it is evident after last night's performance that McDermott is not the coach that can take the Bills to the Super Bowl. The Bills must expedite the search for their next head coach.

I definitely did NOT write this with the hope of McDermott getting fired so he can return to Carolina.
